Healthy Bites: Easy 4-ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are a yummy healthy bite, that you can use as a “not that guilty” pleasure any time you feel like something sweet, as a good protein boost before exercising or simply as a healthy snack in between meals.

They’re super easy and quick to make, 10 minutes preps and 10 to 15 minutes in the oven, that’s what it takes.

We made them the other day with my mum and we thought they’d look cute if we had them made in little cupcakes cups : )

I n g r e d i e n t s
1 Cup of Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup of Organic Honey
1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar
1 Egg

P r e p a r a t i o n
Mix all the ingredients and stir together until getting a smooth mixture.
Preheat the oven to 180C degrees. You can pour the mixture on little balls (it won’t be a consistent mixture as there isn’t any flour in it to add consistency). You can let them take their own shape or alternatively you can use cupcakes cups to have a more uniform shape among the cookies. In either case, add a little bit of butter underneath, before pouring the mixture, so they don’t stick to the base.
Cook in the oven for 12-15 minutes for the first round of cookies, and just 10 minutes if you’re going to have a second round if they didn’t fit all in one go.
