London Weekend Ideas: Bethnal Green Bites

Sunsets & Bubbles – 2 March 2016

Hi all! These are the photos from Saturday a couple of weeks ago in Bethnal Green, East London. I met Laura, from [Unspeakable Thoughts Unspoken]* and we had tea, catch up, eggs, coffee & a little photo wander around. Here’s some of the images, keep an eye on her blog to see the rest of them : )

For those of you not too familiar with Bethnal Green, it’s an area in East London, just one stop from Liverpool Street Station. Once again, you get into the most alternative side of town while you head East. There’s lots going on around the area and its surroundings, Cambridge Heath, Hoxton, Old Street, Shoreditch, Dalston, Columbia Road, Broadway Market, the Canal… It might not look like a too interesting place at a first glance. But that’s for you to look a little further ; ) If you investigate a bit, there are plenty of cool restaurants, cafes, cocktails bars, shops, street markets & so on

We had a pit stop at Resident Paradise Row for a quick hot drink. Three great places on that row, Mother’s Kelly, Mission (Sager & Wilde) & the just mentioned Resident.

Bistrotheque was the choice for the day for a tasty meal.
